Ear Cleaner Return & Refund Policy
Return & Refund Policy – South Africa
Due to hygiene and personal care regulations, our Ear Cleaner products cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged once opened, used, or removed from their original packaging.
This policy is in place to protect the health and safety of all customers.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened ear cleaners
- Used personal care products
- Products with broken hygiene seals
- Items damaged through misuse or improper handling
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once reviewed, we may offer:
- A replacement product
- Store credit
- A refund where applicable under South African consumer law
Unopened Products
Unused and unopened products in original sealed packaging may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, subject to approval. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
Important Notes
- Products must be used as directed.
- We are not responsible for damage caused by improper use.
- Refunds, if approved, may take 5–10 business days to reflect depending on your payment provider.
